Online Payments

Monthly Service Payments; and
Late Fee Payment

The Online Payments that we offer will be paid for in full when the Online Payments are submitted.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all of the Online Payment options that are displayed on our Site at the time you access it. All information, descriptions, or images that we provide about our services are as accurate as possible. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all options we provide. You agree to purchase the Online Payment options from our Site at your own risk.

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your payment whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your payment and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.

Promotion Terms and Conditions

At Clean Paws, we love rewarding our customers with special promotions! To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the terms and conditions for our current offers:

Referral Program

A referral is considered valid when a new customer signs up for monthly service and completes their first paid month.
Once the referred customer has met these requirements, the referrer will receive one free week of cleanup credited to their account.
There is no limit to the number of referrals—refer as many friends as you’d like and keep earning free cleanups!

Yard Sign Promo

Customers who place a Clean Paws yard sign in their yard for the full season will receive one free week of service after the first month of display.
If the sign is removed before the end of the season, it must be returned to Clean Paws.
Limited to one free week per household per season.

General Promotion Terms

Free weeks earned through promotions are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Clean Paws reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time without prior notice.
